However, minor variations (such as packaging or colour) may occur due to supplier changes or display differences.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments (or your selected payment gateway). We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal carrier performance and external factors.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or other third parties.

We handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with the Australian Consumer Law and our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Gift vouchers or e-gift cards purchased from Twin Flame Hair Studio:

  • Are valid for [insert validity period — typically 1 years from the date of purchase.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Must be presented at the time of booking or purchase.

  • Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

Appointments can be made online, via instagram dm, text message, or in person.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee, at our discretion.

Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout, is the property of Twin Flame Hair Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this site without prior written consent.
