Thank you for shopping with Twin Flame Hair Studio. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and local pickup for purchases made through our online store.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship anywhere within Australia.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping COsts

A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders across Australia.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including postal delays or peak periods.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Order tracking

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or external factors once your parcel has been dispatched.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at

Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

Local pickup is available from our Melbourne salon during regular business hours.
You’ll receive an email or phone call when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
We will hold pickup orders for 7 days. If you are unable to collect your order within this time, please contact us to arrange an alternative.
